Since unmemorable times, Panama has been a place for cross of south America, to north America and in reverse, The españoles took the location for the arrival and departure of their ships, then years later the north Americans built the transcontinental rail, been recognize as a importance cross road for the commerce, thanks to this in 1880 begins the construction of the Panama Canal.

the canal consists of three sets of locks, Miraflores, Pedro Miguel, Gatun; each transit through the canal takes between 8 and 10 hours and uses 52 million gallons of water.
In Panama there are many other tourist sites of international importance, there are now two bridges over the canal bridge of the Americas and the Centenario Bridge.
now is being enlarged to enable larger ships to pass, this brings many economic benefits to the country, during and after project completion.

well...First..this video have information the canal a little old.SECOND..it is well promotion for Panama...only most information and update...i liked the the section of history about all..the images and the video...is very interesting for us...third..this video is useful for to teach...because the students don´t like a read...less a book...jaja...this is my opinion of video..I liked¡¡¡ ...but it was a little boring ...because it is large...jijiji that's all. thanks¡
